| 4 teak chairs with unique front rails. 2-2 1/4 yds. (the arm chair is larger than the others); labor @ $40/seat. | These are RTA chairs (ready-to-assemble). The inside and outside backs are one piece of fabric. 3 yds. for the 4 chairs, labor @ $65-85 chair. |

The seats and backs are seamed in the middle; the inside and outside backs are sewn in one piece, with a zipper in the center of the back. 4-5 yds. for the loveseat, 6-7 yds for the sofa.
